Here, you’ll browse through, buy, or be able to sell an eclectic mix of vintage home decor and music-related items from over 400 vendors. You can also expect to see a few trending and surprising products you never knew you needed before and now do not know how you lived this long without them. Just be sure to check the website for cancellations, such as January’s flea market due to the Rose Parade, before you head over.

2nd Sunday of the Month  - Rose Bowl Flea Market
You cannot talk about flea markets and swap meets in Los Angeles without mentioning the largest and most widely acclaimed of them all, the Rose Bowl Flea Market. This is the grandaddy of flea markets, and their website makes the bold statement that it is also the most profitable flea market for vendors in the U.S. for good reason! Every second Sunday of each month, deal hunters, families, and vendors who are interested in selling to large crowds while building a serious fan base for their products flock to Pasadena, California for this giant venue. With over 2,500 vendors, it’s an all-day excursion for shoppers who can show up in the parking lot as early as 4:00 AM.

Speaking of time, the public is allowed in starting at 5:00 AM with VIP admission tickets, but some vendors arrive at 9:00 AM. Therefore, you have to decide if the earlier hours are worth the sleep sacrifice and added expense for VIP admission in hopes of discovering and purchasing your treasures and bargains before the crowd shows up around 10:00 AM. If you are prepared to make it an all-day affair, remember many vendors pack up to leave by 3:00 PM. This means those boasting the lofty goal of hitting up every booth will have to keep a fairly brisk browsing and buying pace.
